Feedback from 'Behind the Desk'

"Our client care team recently participated in a training session with Jessica Leyton. Jess was incredibly engaging, encouraging open discussions and involving the team in practical examples and role plays. These activities helped bring the concepts to life and the training was immediately applicable to our day-to-day work. The session left our team feeling more confident and equipped to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Highly recommend!"
