Meet Dr. Ross Greene

Dr. Ross Greene is the originator of the CPS model. He was on the faculty at Harvard Medical School for over 20 years and is now founding director of the non-profit Lives in the Balance (which you can learn more about here https://livesinthebalance.org/) which provides a vast array of free, web-based resources on the CPS model. 

He has appeared in a wide range of media, including The Oprah Show, Good Morning America, The Morning Show, National Public Radio, Mother Jones magazine, The Atlantic, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, and the Boston Globe. Dr. Greene lectures and consults widely throughout the world and lives in Portland, Maine

Ticketing

I purchased a ticket and can't make it anymore, are tickets refundable or transferable? 

Tickets are non-refundable and considered final sale. However, in exceptional circumstances, tickets may be transferable to another person, subject to confirmation. Please email any requested changes by close of business on May 2, 2025. 

I purchased an in-person ticket but would like to switch to online. 

Our team will do their best to accommodate your request. Please email us with any changes by close of business on May 2, 2025.

I have booked for the wrong day. Can I change my booking? 

Please email events@kiddclinic.com.au by May 2, 2025. We will do our best to accomodate your request, subject to ticket availability. 

Is there an option to purchase tickets for just one day? 

Of course! Please select either Day 1 or Day 2 ticket only. Please note that previous attendance at  the Introductory Course is a prerequisite for participating in the Advanced Course. 

NDIS Funding

Can I use my child's NDIS funding?

Parents may be able to utilise NDIS funding, depending on the details outlined in their child's plan.

As we cannot provide specific advice regarding individual plans, we recommend consulting your plan manager or LAC to determine if this training is covered under your child's NDIS plan.

Employer Payment

My employer will be paying for my training, how do I go about this?

CPS Model Implementation

We always encourage implementation of the CPS model in clinics, schools, and treatment facilities. What the certification training does is "certify" that people are qualified to do so, but it's not a necessity for a parent, school or therapist to implement the model.

Parking and Accessibility at Optus Stadium

Parking: Paid parking will be available at Northern Oval for $10 per car via EFTPOS only. 

Public Transport: Please use the Transperth JourneyPlanner to plan your journey. The Stadium precinct includes a purpose-built train and bus station to accommodate large crowds attending events at Optus Stadium. 

Accessibility: Northern Oval is located near the stadium entrance, with lift access available for entry. 

Dietary and Allergies Requirements

If you have any specific dietary needs or allergies, you can provide this information during the registration process at checkout. On event day, please make yourselves known to staff who will assist if an alternative meal is being provided.
